"Ive been with Doug McCann state farm for 5 years. I've never had an issue until today. They gave me a fee of 230 dollars and expected me to pay my insurance on top of that. The agent who i was working with didnt seem like she knew what she was talking about or she was just trying to make up lies about why there was a fee. She said they "had a glitch" in their system! I was an absolute loyal client until they did this."

"David is my agent and he is excellent to work with. This week he assisted me with transferring my auto insurance to my new vehicle. He communicates effectively, demonstrates expert product knowledge, and demonstrates genuine interest I that I had the correct coverages at the appropriate levels. We did this work in a phone call and used email so that I had immediate access to proof of insurance. And I was able to sign documents electronically which was a huge time saver. I am a delighted customer."

"Went to discuss cancelation of my home owners insurance saying to much activity. I filled one clam in December for roof knowing they can't do any thing at that time but I wanted on record . State farm told me to hold off till spring after the snow melted.so I called them back they inspected the roof and would not cover it cause there is no visible damage but inspected where the water came in and had water stains and they cut me a check for paint over the stains. Weird then state farm called me and said there adjuster was coming out again .still did not cover anything but the 1000 dollar check for paint for water stains from roof leak that so said dosnt exist now they drop me for to much activity."
