"This morning I needed to obtain some insurance paperwork. I spoke with David Ivins and the matter was handled in short order. During our transaction we had a nice conversation about mutual hobbies and upcoming weekend plans. I was impressed with Mr. Ivins thoughtfulness and professionalism. "Over the top customer service! A few days after my daughter was born she had to be admitted to the NICU for 4 days. Our health insurance covered her medical bills but not the food, gas, time off from work or any other expenses we endured while she was in the NICU(which was about an hour away from our home). That’s where my husband’s State Farm hospital income policy stepped in for us. When we called our agents office to ask about the policy they clarified that even though the policy was for my husband it also includes when our kids go to the emergency room or ICU among a million other questions we had. Knowing we’d receive that pay out, we could spend what we needed to be there. We were able to focus on our daughter’s health and not budget in those 4 days. It was a huge weight off our shoulders. Special thanks to Melissa who suggested we get this policy, it has saved us so much stress. Can’t recommend Doug McCann’s office enough."

"They saved me money on my homeowners insurance but have been messing up my car insurance for the last 3 months. They qouted me $120 a month but now charging me $190. They initially did not do my car insurance properly so I had to pay more. They never put my collectable car on collectable insurance. They added an umbrella but didn't tell me all my insurance would go up by doing this. When I called for answers they say we got to call the underwriter we get back to you. But never do. Currently looking for something different."

"Got sold some insurance they didn’t technically offer and then they refused to refund me after they told me. This place is a joke. Doug has publicly said that I was covered through State Farm but that is a flat out, bold faced lie. I was told IMMEDIATELY (less than 12 hours) after my money was taken that I could not be insured, and I would not be refunded."

"David, We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback is valuable, and we'd like to provide a more detailed explanation of the situation. Upon your purchase of insurance in June, our business specialist submitted the application and collected a one-month payment. Regrettably, we discovered the following day that your business did not meet the eligibility criteria for coverage. However, we decided to extend coverage until 8/29, as originally committed, at no additional cost to you. We understand your frustration regarding the lack of a refund. The reason for this decision was our commitment to honoring our initial agreement to protect your business until 8/29, even though you technically weren't eligible. This was done to ensure that you had coverage in place during this period. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out."
